Rejoice

I had only made about 20 or so Christmas cards but I took them to church last weekend and rather unexpectedly they all sold so I'll have to get busy if I'm not going to be giving shop ones this year. Here's my first one. The sentiment and background stamp are by Paper Inspirations and the little mouse singing her heart out is from the Digi Boutique. I recently discovered that I can use my water colour pencils on digi images by blending them with Sansador and a paper stump - no runny, blurry printer lines at all. Would I have started my collection of Copics if I had known this before I wonder? Anyway I've used both on this card, the red bits are copics and the rest is water colour pencils. Ribbon and pearls are from Hobbycraft.

Beautiful card Julie, may you also rejoice in the gift that is Christmas.

PS I print digistamps straight onto Windsor & Newton cartridge paper and have never had any bluring or running of ink using water colours. I didn't know it was a problem.
