A fab sketch this week from Sketch Saturday which I decided to use for my brother's birthday card. The papers are from the Sweet Shoppe and I think the colours are gorgeous. The owls are made using the Craftwork Cards' It's a Hoot template. I did have to think twice about wasting four gems on a card for a man who won't care - especially one who refers to my crafting as "your crafty nonsense" but in the end a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do! The inside of the card says "but not much wiser" cos it's for my brother and well - you've got to tease brothers.

Great card Julie. Love the owl design and the papers are fab..love the way you have made his name. mmmm..yes I know what you mean...not many folk appreciate what it means to give up gems and stash on a card, esp. where it might not be apreciated!
