Simple Crayon Resist

I've had this CTMH stamp set for a couple of years but I've only ever made one card with it. I don't know why because it's a really cute set. For it's second outing I decided to try a crayon resist. Used Whispers inks and watercoloured the stem and leaves with a Whispers brush marker. Looking forward to getting some SU stuff so everything co-ordinates. Anyway I'm pleased with the end result.

Hi Julie! Thanks for leaving a kind message on my blog and SCS gallery. You're so sweet. :)

I love this card. I've never tried the crayon resist technique...but I love the way this looks and I may have to try it soon. Your card is just beautiful. You should dust this set off and use it more. :)

Blessings on your new blogging beginning. I have found my blog to be somewhat therapeutic at times.

Thanks again,
Melinda
